|Recommended: NoMaintenance — The maintenance staff is shockingly horrible here. We sent multiple service requests for ac repair that were all ignored. Eventually after the course of several months the ac quit working completely, and it took them 2 full weeks to get it back on. On top of that there is no offer to reimburse any of the costs associated with staying elsewhere during the downtime. I am an hvac service technician and it is obvious the staff has zero clue what they are doing at all… additionally my cabinets have been falling apart for months and all service requests have been countered with “we’re waiting on parts”

|Recommended: NoHow to pay shared rent — Payment system doesn't allow, without an extra fee, to pay a partial rent when you share rent with a roommate. I've lived here for 2 years and this is the 3rd payment system, which each time tries to extract extra fees for payment methods. Do you except cash or a hand-written check at the office without an extra fee
